We hope you love your new purchase, but sometimes it just doesn’t work out and you will need a refund or an exchange for a different size.
"No Hassle" returns means that you can return any item within 30 days for any reason. If you do not want to keep the item, you can choose to return it for a complete refund of the cost of the item, less actual cost of shipping.
Returns
- Old School Tees offers easy returns and exchanges for our USA customers using our returns software, which can be accessed by clicking here. All you'll need is your order number and zip code to start the return or exchange process.

Items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase for any reason as long as they are in like-new sellable condition. OldSchoolTees.com will not accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been washed, dried, stained or otherwise damaged.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please call or email within five days of receipt and we will do our best to rectify as quickly as possible.

If an items was delivered as ordered and undamaged, the amount of the refund will be equal to the cost of the item. The shipping cost will not be refunded.

Oldschooltees.com is not responsible for items that are lost in transit from customers to our location. We highly recommend getting tracking numbers on return/exchange shipments to us. This helps with proof of delivery and with starting investigations with the post office (or other carrier) on lost items. Refunds will not be issued on items that are not received in like-new condition. If we did not receive an items and you don't have valid tracking proof of delivery, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
